WAAG have received the following information from Community Care Services, Wokingham Borough Council

 

Bus Passes, Concessionary Fares and Tokens, in the Wokingham Borough Area

 

The Concessionary Fares team at Wokingham Borough Council have given the following advice:

 

·         If you are eligible to receive concessionary fares, you can either choose free travel tokens or a free bus pass.

·         If you choose the free bus pass, you will automatically be eligible for the national bus pass.

·         If you choose travel tokens, you will not be eligible for the national bus pass

 

·         In other words, you cannot have both – the travel tokens and the free national bus pass – you have to

        choose one of them.
