Because of the importance of the "Putting People First Programme" we are updating the information we supplied last September with an "introduction summary" followed a quick view as to "how it will work". This is a "word" document and should be easier to read than the "PowerPoint" format of our previous bulletin.

From what we understand this programme could make significant differences as to how care services are managed in our area. One important point is that the person being cared for will have a greater say in the service they need and may well have the ability to say how and by whom that service should be provided.
