In November 2008 WAAG were invited by the leader of the council David Lee to sit on the town forum ,the forum consists of many interested parties who live or work in wokingham .The main aims of the forun is to bring councillors ,planners and users of the town to  come together with information and ideas so the town can move  forward by 2012 by developing and revitalising the  the gate way to the new town centre for those who live and work there,and those who would like to shop in an environment that is friendly and accessable to all.
